At Alhayaat Abayas, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

• Be returned within 3 days of delivery.

• Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• Have all original tags and packaging intact.

• Be free from perfume, makeup, stains, damage, or alterations.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with the return instructions.

Please do not send items back without receiving return authorisation.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If your return is approved:

• Your refund will be processed using your original payment method.

• Original delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Any return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.

Please allow several business days for your payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests must also be made within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Worn or used items

• Washed or altered items

• Items without original tags or packaging

• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
