We ship worldwide. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days. Express (2–3 days) is available at checkout. All orders are tracked and insured.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes! Every abaya can be tailored to your exact measurements. Simply select ‘Custom Fit’ during checkout and provide your measurements. No extra charge for sizes XS–3XL.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in original packaging. Custom-tailored pieces are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Can I visit your studio in Dubai?
Yes! Our showroom is open Monday–Saturday, 9am–6pm. We recommend booking an appointment for a private consultation. Contact us via phone or email to schedule.
